Very Berry Smoothie

This mixed berry smoothie bowl is a delicious way to start off the day! Only takes a few minutes to make and is perfect for enjoying on a relaxing weekend morning or as an on-the-go breakfast before work or the gym!

Healthyfoodiee Tip!

I prefer using frozen berries and fruit in my smoothie bowls to create a thicker smoothie, making it easier to add delicious toppings without having them sink in your smoothie!

Makes: 1 smoothie

Time: 5 minutes


1 large banana

1 cup frozen mixed berries (I use a blend of raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries to get the dark colour)

1 cup spinach

1/3 cup almond milk (I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk)


1. Blend banana, almond milk and spinach in blender.

2. Add in frozen berries and blend. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour into glass to take on the go or pour into a medium sized bowl.

5. Top with banana, frozen raspberries, chia seeds and coconut (or whichever toppings you prefer).
